Thoughtful, Patient-Centered Care
Every consultation begins with listening.
Your goals, concerns, and experiences matter — and every recommendation is made with intention, honesty, and respect for what makes you uniquely you.

Art of Facial Harmony
Refined, natural-looking results begin with an understanding of balance, proportion, and individuality. Every treatment is thoughtfully designed to enhance your features — never change what makes you recognizable.

Founded by Dr. Bella Osayande.
Dr. Bella Osayande is a fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the founder of Signature Facial Plastic Surgery. With advanced training dedicated exclusively to the face and neck, she specializes in facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, hair restoration and transplantation, and reconstructive surgery following Mohs surgery.
Her work is guided by a simple philosophy:
Natural results. Surgical precision. Thoughtful restoration.
This philosophy is the foundation of her Signature Approach —a highly individualized, detail-oriented approach to facial surgery that considers not only what can be changed, but what should be preserved. Her goal is never to make patients look like someone else, but to create results that feel refined, balanced, and unmistakably their own.
Dr. Osayande completed advanced fellowship training at one of the country's most highly regarded programs in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, where she further developed her expertise in complex facial surgery, facial rejuvenation, aesthetic facial balancing, rhinoplasty, hair restoration, and reconstruction. Her training reflects a deep understanding of facial anatomy and the relationship between form and function — allowing her to approach every procedure with meticulous attention to proportion, structure, and detail.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University, where she was awarded a prestigious full-ride merit scholarship in recognition of her academic achievement and leadership. She went on to earn her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed residency training in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery in Boston. Her background in head and neck surgery provided an extensive foundation in facial anatomy, airway function, and reconstructive techniques, while her fellowship allowed her to further refine that expertise through the artistry, precision, and nuance of cosmetic facial plastic surgery.
But for Dr. Osayande, exceptional care begins before the operating room.
She believes patients deserve to feel heard, understood, and fully informed about their options. Consultations are approached as a conversation — an opportunity to understand what a patient sees, what they hope to change, and just as importantly, what they want to preserve. Recommendations are thoughtful and individualized rather than one-size-fits-all.
Because no two faces — and no two patients — are the same.
